Custom Enclosed Patio with Low-Profile Deck – Portland, OR

This custom enclosed patio was designed to transform an existing, deteriorating patio into a functional and inviting outdoor living space. A low-profile deck was built over the original patio, creating a solid and level foundation while maximizing usability.

Due to existing electrical feed height limitations, the project required a stick-built flat roof, allowing the structure to meet clearance requirements without sacrificing durability or design integrity. Electrical was run throughout the space to support lighting and future upgrades, while the ceiling was left unfinished to allow for flexibility in personalization.

Completed in just five weeks, this project reflects thoughtful problem-solving, efficient construction, and a clean, modern result tailored to the home’s unique constraints.
